Our Anniversary Weekend

Rob and I have been married 6 years last Saturday and we celebrated with a weekend getaway to Greenwood, MS. Most of you know that Rob and I love to cook. It's our "together" thing, so when we heard the Viking Range Corp had a cooking school just 2.5 hours away, we had to go!!



We took three classes, one Fri night and two on Saturday. All the classes were great, but my favorite was Fri night when we made a wonderful lobster salad, veal and pasta with white truffle sauce. I The Cajun menu on Saturday was great but we really didn't learn a while lot given that we've spent so much time in New Orleans. Saturday night's menu was based on steakhouse recipes. Everything was great, especially the 22oz steak!
